Marc McNeil – Advisor Board (Management)
Marc is a seasoned Information Technology executive with a focus on managing multi-million dollar project efforts, in a variety of technology platforms, with divisional fiscal and multi-year project plan development responsibility. Track record as an effective leader by developing, mentoring, and managing staff with increasing responsibilities. He has worked in Entertainment, Consumer Products, Manufacturing and served as consultant to many Fortune 1000 companies. These include work at 20th Century Fox, Sony Pictures, Vans Shoe Company, Nippon Denso,Walt Disney Company, Jenny Craig, Paramount Pictures to name a few. Professionally, he was a past member of American National Standards Institute in establishing EDI transaction set for Box Office receipts. Philanthropic pursuits include Chairman of the Hillsides Volunteer Network (3 years) and has served on Board of Directors for Hillsides, a charity organization in Pasadena for behaviorally challenged children.
JoAnn Magno – Advisor Board (Legal)
JoAnn Magno specializes in brand marketing, licensing, sponsorships, entertainment, and commercial transactions. She is licensed to practice law in the State of California and is admitted to the United States Supreme Court. JoAnn was formerly employed by Boost Mobile, a division of Sprint Nextel, as the Director of Legal Services providing legal support and advice to Boost’s executives and business units on a variety of legal issues, and was responsible for integrating and implementing processes that allowed Boost to optimize its legal department services. Prior to Boost, JoAnn served as a systems implementation project manager for Sony Pictures Entertainment’s Consumer Products Division. Additionally, she was employed by Mattel, Inc. where she worked in the Consumer Products Department in the Boys Toys & Entertainment Division. While at Mattel, JoAnn spearheaded a software contract management software implementation and production development collaboration tool which was featured in Business Week’s top choice for corporate collaboration efforts (November 24, 2003). JoAnn received her undergraduate degree from U.C.L.A. and her J.D. from Southern Methodist University, Deadman School of Law and was nominated for the 2007 American Media & Entertainment Association Awards for Excellence in Branded Entertainment.
Adrian Bailey – Advisor Board (Technical)
A skilled Database and Systems Analyst with over twenty-five years of experience. Adrian understand business processes and can communicate well with technical as well as non-technical users. Adrian can integrate business needs into technical solutions via a thorough analysis of the situation, including interviewing end-users and system stakeholders, and develop robust implementations that work for the entire business. His area of specialty is Database Application Development using Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL Server, and occasionally Oracle.
